What to Expect When You Place Your Order
Longarm Quilting Service
If you’re local, you can drop off your quilts at our business location otherwise you can mail it to our business location.
You will receive via text three design options to choose from or tell us what you like
You can purchase batting from us if you don’t have one. We provide Quilters Dream Mid-Loft 100% Cotton and Warm N Natural 100% Cotton batting.
Once your quilt is finished you can pick it up from our business location or we can mail it to you
Memory Quilts
Please wash and dry clothing items and seal in a plastic bag when shipping, this will protect the clothes while in transit.
If you’re local you can drop off clothing materials at our business location otherwise you can mail it to us. Please include the 50% deposit check.
We will collect information needed to design your memory quilt so that it is personalized for you. This is a 30 minute phone call.
You will review up to three design options and provide your feedback for any changes. You will decide on the final design.
You will get updates via text or email regarding the progress of your order.
If you’re local, you can pick up your finished quilt and pay the remaining balance. If not local, you will receive your final invoice and pay it online. Once your payment is received, your quilt will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail. We will provide the tracking number to you.
